The introductory series is a pre-requisite prior to registering in our Intermediate classes

Beginner for Newbies: New clients must select this if you are brand-new to Pilates Equipment. There are many moving parts and new terms to learn while you’re getting a workout. Alternatively, you may also select our Private Intro Package of eight private sessions for $399. Clients with the following must complete our Private Package prior to commencing a class series~ injury, prenatal and post-surgery.

Clients learn

  • how to adjust the Reformer’s positions
  • the basic repertoire and equipment (footwork, armwork, mid back series, kneeling adduction)
  • principles within the essential exercises (breath, core, pelvic floor, head, cervical, rib cage and scapula placement  )
  • Concentration, centering, control,  flow, precision, breathing

* This is a pre-requisite class for anyone who has never participated in a Reformer group class. ** Space is limited to 4 per class – you’ll receive very personalized attention

Beginner Essentials:Following your Private Intro Package or Beginner for Newbies Series clients will begin here. In addition this class is suitable for those who would appreciate a slower-paced class that focuses on core concepts rather than more advanced exercises. Please do not choose this class if you do not have experience with Pilates machines.

Beginner Gentle: A slower placed class modified for those with Osteoporosis, Spinal Fusion, Hip Replacement or other related concerns. This class avoids such exercises that include flexion and extension of the neck and spine as well as rotational movements that are contra-indicated.

Intermediate Series

Intermediate: Now you know your essential movements on the Pilates reformer and a ready to experience the tower and more challenging movements in the Pilates repertoire.


  • grow from the beginner series repertoire 
  • gain strength, flexibility, balance and core strength 
  • experience short box, long box, standing, long stretch, dowelling, standing adduction, splits

Advanced Series

Advanced: Take it to new levels as your body experiences a multitude of challenges on the Pilates Reformer and Tower Equipment. More complex movement patterns, increase in pace, endurance and strength are in the mix for this Reformer series. Expect to have less of your body in contact with the machine as you snake, teaser and flow in the most challenging positions of the Pilates repertoire. (Cardio Tramp may also be included here) This class is only for those who have completed the Beginner and Intermediate Series or have been evaluated through the Pilates Private Intro Package.


** Reformer/Tower Challenge requires a minimum of 30 hours of prior Reformer experience , or at the instructor’s discretion. *NOTE: Class space is limited to 4 participants – reserve now!


Intermediate Cardio Tramp: get your sweat on and heart pumping as you bounce away with the cardio tramp. This 25 minute blast is a fantastic compliment to your regular Pilates Series. Completion of the Beginner Series is a must.

Float through the air (while on your back), jump like a kid again, and have FUN in this energizing cardio Reformer group class, that uses the trampoline rebounder at the end of the Reformer.

This class is a low impact, heart pumping, leg burning, belly flattening cardio workout that features intervals of full body sculpting between the jumping sequences. Kick your metabolism into high gear to burn calories and fat while toning your entire body!

* Pre-requisite: 10 Group Reformer Beginner classes OR at Instructor’s approval (based on Private Session assessment)

How Can Pilates Help Me In Pregnancy?

Some of the benefits of Reformer Pilates for pregnancy and the postnatal (after birth) period include:

Pilates Matwork

Longer, Leaner, Stronger

Pilates uses correct alignment, control, precision, breathing, and the Pilates principles to establish a perfect working body from the inside out.

Pilates can be performed on the mat using body weight and small apparatus.

Benefits: Pilates classes build strength, flexibility and lean muscle tone with an emphasis on lengthening the body and aligning the spine. Pilates has a focus on the core, the ‘powerhouse’ of your body. Thus creating a strong toned core and reduced back pain.

You can expect overall slimming, improved core strength and tone, greatly improved flexibility and increased mobility, even in just a short amount of time.

Expectant Momma with previous yoga experience or new to yoga embrace our yoga flow as we move through poses designed to prepare you for birth and adapt to each stage of pregnancy.

Post Baby its time to find that core, find your pelvic floor and get off that couch to meet other moms.  Be prepared to get your sweat on, achieve results and get back it those pre pregnancy clothes. the class is always changing 4×4, tabata, circuits and more. 

Fitlicious© 25-45 yrs (5am, 6am, 7am)
Select from our ladies only and coed sessions. You will experience a fitness session like no other with one one guidance in a small group format. Sessions incorporate TRX, Weights, G7, CORE, Cardio and Stretching and various props. So good bye to your wobbley bits and hello toned and tight. If you aren’t tired we aren’t doing our job!!

Whether you are working or semi retired or none of the above this class is always on the move with no two classes alike. With a small group of 4-6 clients your session is personalized and directed by a personal trainer. No crazy choreography, just functional fitness that results in increased strength, toning, balance, stability and lets not forget your CORE! Or try our specialty classes in Pilates, Yoga and TRX. Or try our specialty classes in Pilates, Yoga and TRX. We also have trained instructors with Osteofit and customize your sessions around various aging ailments.
